Our headquarters in Gossau SG is the planning and production site for timber, silo and plant construction. In our timber industry, we produce sawn timber products as well as energy and residual wood products from Swiss round timber. From here, the finance, human resources and marketing departments also provide central services for the entire company and all its locations. A total of around 520 employees at our headquarters in Erlenhof are committed to fully exploiting the potential of wood – using digital and analogue craftsmanship and state-of-the-art technologies.

Tasks
You will support our sales team in the timber industry in both internal and external sales and ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. This includes:
Providing advice by telephone, in writing and in person
- Processing quotations and orders from start to finish
- Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
- Working closely with the sales team and providing support in various areas
Requirements
- Basic training in the wood industry, ideally supplemented by commercial knowledge
- Enjoyment of sales and direct customer contact
- Confident use of MS Office and modern communication tools
- German is your native language; other languages are welcome
- Communicative, sociable and down-to-earth personality
- Service-oriented, motivated and flexible approach to work
- Open and friendly manner in daily customer contact
