Tasks
- Carrying out challenging carpentry work on construction sites together with the team – from residential, industrial, and modular buildings to exciting special structures.
- Organizing processes and work on construction sites in collaboration with project management and the assembly team leader.
- Providing professional and motivational leadership for the team thanks to extensive expertise and commitment.
- Active participation in assembly work.
- Regular communication with project management to ensure that work is carried out according to plan.
Requirements
- Completed training as a carpenter with further training as a foreman, site supervisor, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional and management experience that is applied in a targeted and responsible manner.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, ability to work in a team, and enjoyment of actively pitching in.
