Shaping tomorrow's world with wood – that is what drives us. Blumer Lehmann operates internationally and has locations in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Luxembourg. At our factory in Großenlüder, our production team manufactures room modules and wooden elements. These are used to create flexible and quickly realizable school, commercial, residential, and hotel buildings. Around 20 employees are committed to fully exploiting the potential of wood – using digital and analog craftsmanship as well as state-of-the-art technologies.

Your tasks
- You take responsibility for the completion of our floor and ceiling elements, our wall elements or our room modules.
- In addition, process optimisation and quality assurance are close to your heart.
- With your forward-looking nature, you are able to lead your own team.
- You like to keep an overview and contribute to good communication within the company.
Your skills and experience
You have completed an apprenticeship as a carpenter, joiner or drywall constructor or have another basic training in the building trade. You like to lend a hand, can quickly familiarise yourself with new tasks and have the courage to take on responsibility. Even if you are a career changer, we are happy to give you the chance to contribute your manual skills and leadership competence to the company.
