From Grafschaft, our team carries out timber construction projects of all types and sizes – also as a general contractor. Our team of around 20 people is responsible for sales, development, planning, and project management throughout Germany.

Tasks
- Responsibility for the execution of our turnkey timber construction projects – from groundbreaking to handover to the client
- Monitoring of schedules, costs and quality, as well as coordination of construction activities in compliance with building regulations and safety standards
- Coordination of subcontractors on site and acting as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders on the construction site
- Ensuring smooth construction processes through forward planning, clear communication and solution-oriented actions
- Close collaboration with project management, planning teams and other departments throughout the entire construction phase
- Preparation of project billing, management of change orders and continuous project documentation, as well as shared responsibility for the cost development of the construction projects
- Close cooperation with estimating, sales, product management, production and installation teams, as well as coordination with all project stakeholders
Requirements
- Completed technical or trade qualification in building construction, ideally complemented by further training as a master craftsman, technician, engineer or architect
- Solid knowledge of construction execution, German construction contract regulations (VOB), as well as scheduling and cost control of construction projects
- Independent, structured and precise working style combined with a strong hands-on mentality and assertiveness
- Good IT skills in the use of tendering and scheduling tools, construction project management software and Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills when working with project stakeholders, as well as enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
- Several years of professional experience in the management of turnkey construction projects and good German language skills, both written and spoken
