Our team of around 20 people is responsible for sales, development, planning, and project management throughout Germany.

Tasks
- You will assume responsibility for the complete turnkey construction of our projects – this includes adjusting deadlines, quality control, and compliance with construction and safety regulations.
- With skill and clarity, you will coordinate the trades on site, supervise subcontractors, and act as the contact person for the clients and their needs
- You will proactively identify problem areas early on and resolve them constructively with the employees and partners involved.
- You will conduct ongoing budget controls and manage addendums.
Requirements
- You have basic training in a skilled trade and have ideally completed further training as a master craftsman, technician, engineer, or architect.
- With your team-oriented and solution-oriented approach, you find solutions in challenging situations and can assert yourself positively and competently.
- With your hands-on mentality, you actively contribute and don't hesitate to take the next steps.
- You find it easy to interact with customers, authorities, and partner companies.
