The factory in Großenlüder manufactures the room modules and wooden elements that are used to create flexible and quickly realizable school, commercial, residential, and hotel buildings. Around 20 employees in production and assembly are committed to fully exploiting the potential of wood – using digital and analog craftsmanship and state-of-the-art technologies.

Your tasks
- Together with your team, you carry out our exceptional carpentry projects on construction sites in Germany and Luxembourg – including the assembly of residential, industrial, and modular buildings as well as unique special structures.
- You organize the workflows and tasks on our construction sites in close coordination with the project management and the assembly team leadership.
- With your extensive expertise and proactive attitude, you lead your team with competence and motivation.
- You also actively participate in the assembly work yourself.
- You maintain regular communication with the project management to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
Your skills and experience
- Completed training as a carpenter and master craftsman qualification
- Several years of leadership and on-site experience in timber construction
- Passion for wood and enthusiasm for innovative projects
- Reliable, team-oriented, and communicative personality
- Structured, precise, and solution-oriented way of working
