We are looking for active reinforcement for our assembly teams in Germany.

Your tasks

  • Together with your team, you carry out our exceptional carpentry projects on construction sites in Germany and Luxembourg – including the assembly of residential, industrial, and modular buildings as well as unique special structures.
  • You organize the workflows and tasks on our construction sites in close coordination with the project management and the assembly team leadership.
  • With your extensive expertise and proactive attitude, you lead your team with competence and motivation.
  • You also actively participate in the assembly work yourself.
  • You maintain regular communication with the project management to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan.

Your skills and experience

  • Completed training as a carpenter and master craftsman qualification
  • Several years of leadership and on-site experience in timber construction
  • Passion for wood and enthusiasm for innovative projects
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and communicative personality
  • Structured, precise, and solution-oriented way of working
