Tasks
- Assembly of residential, industrial, and modular buildings, as well as exciting special structures on construction sites throughout Switzerland.
- Organization of construction site processes and coordination of work together with the timber construction project management and the assembly team management.
- Competent and motivating leadership of the assembly team.
- Active participation in the assembly work.
- Regular communication with the project management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Completed training as a carpenter with further training as a foreman, site supervisor, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional and management experience, as well as the ability to apply this experience in a focused and responsible manner.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, ability to work in a team, and enjoyment of actively pitching in.
