Tasks
- Project development of our unique timber construction projects from the schematic design phase to execution in collaboration with our exclusive clients, architects, engineers, design specialists, subcontractors, and subcontractors.
- Technical consulting during the development of our prototype buildings, free-form timber structures, and cladding.
- Conducting workshops and development meetings for our projects at home and abroad.
- Technical support for our planners and designers during the implementation planning phase through to completion and acceptance of the projects.
Requirements
- Basic training in the timber construction industry and training as a timber construction engineer as a solid technical foundation.
- Commercial understanding and enthusiasm for special projects.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills and strong organizational skills.
- At least 5 years of experience in timber construction engineering or structural engineering.
- Structured, reliable, and self-organized way of working.
- Empathetic, customer-oriented, and reliable personality.
- Willingness to work flexibly and take occasional short trips abroad (up to 5 days per month).
- Openness and creativity for prototypes, special constructions, and new challenges.
- Ability to work in a team and enjoy collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
