Tasks
• Responsible for the creation of 3D models in Cadwork for our diverse timber and modular construction projects
• Further development and optimisation of execution plans as well as technical coordination with project stakeholders
• Preparation of 2D production and assembly drawings, detailed drawings, overviews, execution plans and material lists
• Derivation and preparation of machine data for beam processing and panel cutting for production and assembly
• Close collaboration with project management, production, assembly and site management as well as coordination with all project stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle
Requirements
• Completed technical or craft training in timber construction, for example as a carpenter, designer, technical drafter or timber construction engineer
• Experience with Cadwork or a comparable CAD software, alternatively willingness to learn and work with Cadwork
• Independent, structured and precise working style as well as quick comprehension and strong technical understanding
• Good IT skills in the use of CAD software and Microsoft Office
• Team-oriented mindset and enjoyment of working with different departments as well as very good German language skills, both written and spoken
