From Grafschaft, our team carries out timber construction projects of all types and sizes – also as a general contractor. Our team of around 20 people is responsible for sales, development, planning, and project management throughout Germany.

Tasks
- Responsibility for the delivery of our diverse turnkey timber construction projects – from the planning phase through to handover to the client
- Overall responsibility for schedules, costs and quality within the projects
- Leading and coordinating the project team and acting as the central point of contact for clients, authorities and specialist planners
- Ensuring smooth project execution through clear communication, structured collaboration and proactive project management
- Planning, tendering and awarding subcontractor services as a foundation for successful project delivery
- Close collaboration with estimating, sales, production, installation and site management teams as well as coordination with all project stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or architecture in the field of building construction, ideally complemented by a technical or trade background
- Strong knowledge of approval and execution planning, procurement processes, contract management, as well as schedule and cost control
- Independent, structured and precise working style combined with a forward-looking mindset and the ability to confidently represent decisions
- Good IT skills in the use of tendering and scheduling tools, construction project management software and Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills, communication abilities and negotiation skills when working with project stakeholders, as well as enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
- Several years of professional experience in project management of turnkey construction projects and excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
