Project Manager Timber Construction (m|f|d)

Your tasks

• Responsibility for work planning, budgeting, and schedule and quality control for projects.
• Planning and coordination of national and/or international construction projects with expertise, experience, and organizational skills.
• Management and coordination of employees and partner companies involved in the project.
• Ensuring successful project completion through respectful and constructive cooperation.
• Active participation in project coordination, planning with internal and external partners, and in inspections and checks on construction sites.

Your skills and experience

• Completed carpentry apprenticeship with at least one further training course to become a foreman; ideally training as a timber construction foreman, timber construction technician, or timber construction engineer.
• Ideally, initial experience as a project manager with a desire to further deepen your specialist knowledge.
• Sound technical understanding and ability to manage processes and develop successful solutions.
• Business fluent German, English skills, and good CAD skills (Cadwork and/or Rhino).
