The factory in Großenlüder manufactures the room modules and wooden elements that are used to create flexible and quickly realizable school, commercial, residential, and hotel buildings. Around 20 employees in production and assembly are committed to fully exploiting the potential of wood – using digital and analog craftsmanship and state-of-the-art technologies.

Tasks
- With your extensive specialist knowledge, you lead your team in terms of personnel and expertise.
- You train and develop your employees in technical and specialist areas.
- You work out the installation concept and plan the detailed work processes.
- As a knowledge carrier, you regularly exchange ideas with the site managers.
Requirements
- You have completed training as a carpenter and have completed further training to become a master craftsman.
- You have several years of professional and management experience.
