Tasks
- Responsibility for calculating general contractor projects based on functional tenders.
- Preparation of tender documents, including service descriptions, project analyses, contractor information, and construction programs.
- Close cooperation with internal and external architects in project planning.
- Competent and reliable contact person for our customers.
Requirements
- Training as a technician (architect); ideally, you already have experience in general contracting in the field of costing.
- Basic knowledge of various trades (experience in timber construction is an advantage, but not essential).
- Experience as a project manager or construction manager in general contracting, particularly in processing public tenders, with a desire to further develop these skills.
- A team player, structured in your approach, highly committed, and flexible.
- Confident in German and good CAD skills.
