At oa.sys, we focus on innovative timber construction systems and realise timber element and structural buildings as well as energy-efficient renovations and extensions with a high degree of prefabrication. As an independent subsidiary of timber construction specialist Blumer Lehmann, oa.sys has the expertise and production capabilities for pioneering timber construction projects.
With our passion for wood, expertise and experience in timber construction, and well-thought-out construction services from project development to assembly, our team of 25 employees designs timber buildings for living and working for the future.
Tasks
- You will work in the production of our elements and room modules and support the production line and process optimization.
- You are a valuable skilled worker who works independently and conscientiously in our production facility with enthusiasm and commitment.
- Regardless of the weather, you will produce quality in our production halls as part of the Grossenlüder team.
- You will be flexible and energetic and help with the varied production work.
Requirements
- You have completed training as a drywall fitter, window fitter or other basic training in the construction industry.
- You are a talented craftsman and team player with a passion for wood.
- You score points with us with your motivated and honest attitude.
- You are used to working accurately, cleanly and reliably.
- You think for yourself, get stuck in and enjoy innovative and challenging timber construction projects.

A gross salary of EUR 16.50 per hour is planned for this position, with a willingness to pay an attractive additional salary based on training, qualifications and professional experience.
