Tasks

  • In this role, you will be responsible for handling exports and imports for international projects.
  • You will coordinate project-related international shipments, create and check shipping documents (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists), and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • You are willing to take on responsibility within projects by coordinating shipping independently.
  • You will be in direct contact with our international customers, various freight forwarders, and internal project managers, contributing your expertise in a targeted manner.
  • You are creative, innovative, and capable of further developing logistics processes.
  • Ensuring smooth communication between internal and external parties comes easily to you.

Requirements

You are a trained businessperson or logistics specialist with a Federal VET Diploma, preferably with further training in import/export. Your precise and structured approach to work helps you maintain an overview even under time pressure. As our projects are international in scope, you have a good understanding of intercultural communication and know how important accurate information and timely processes are in a global environment. You act independently, set priorities sensibly, and thus contribute significantly to the smooth running of our logistics processes. Good German and English skills are a matter of course for you.
