We are looking for reinforcement for our locations in Grafschaft-Gelsdorf and Cologne-Ehrenfeld.
Tasks
- You will be involved in the planning and coordination of our diverse timber construction projects.
- You will focus on creating models and work plans.
- You will use your knowledge to support the experienced project managers in various processes.
- You monitor costs and are jointly responsible for project implementation, in particular managing deadlines and monitoring the quality of ongoing projects.
- Your manner makes you a good point of contact for upstream and downstream departments and ensures a good flow of information.
Requirements
- You have basic training in the construction industry as a carpenter, foreman, master craftsman or engineer and. Ideally, you have completed further training as a draftsman or technical draftsman.
- You have technical CAD skills and are a team player with a great passion for timber construction.
- You work independently, in a structured manner and have a high level of quality awareness.
