At oa.sys, we focus on innovative timber construction systems and realise timber element and structural buildings as well as energy-efficient renovations and extensions with a high degree of prefabrication. As an independent subsidiary of timber construction specialist Blumer Lehmann, oa.sys has the expertise and production capabilities for pioneering timber construction projects.

With our passion for wood, expertise and experience in timber construction, and well-thought-out construction services from project development to assembly, our team of 25 employees designs timber buildings for living and working for the future.

Tasks

  • You will be responsible for and oversee our diverse construction projects in Austria and southern Germany – from planning to turnkey completion of the construction project.
  • You will develop the projects together with customers, architects and specialist planners, put out tenders for subcontractor services and coordinate the planners and companies involved.
  • You think entrepreneurially and enjoy overcoming organisational, commercial and technical challenges.
  • You enthusiastically manage and coordinate our construction sites with the subcontractors involved and are the point of contact for our customers throughout the entire project cycle.
  • You independently monitor costs, deadlines and, in particular, quality during planning and construction.

Requirements

  • You have training in the construction industry, ideally as a carpenter or bricklayer, are a trained construction technician, civil engineer (HTL, college, university of applied sciences, technical university, master builder, etc.) or architect, or have relevant professional experience.
  • You have extensive experience in project and construction management or general contracting.
  • You are open, friendly and communicative when dealing with customers and authorities.
  • You are structured, flexible and can contribute and assert yourself positively and competently even in challenging situations.
