System Engineer (m|f/d) 80-100%

Tasks

•  Operation, administration, and monitoring of the IT infrastructure (cloud and hybrid environments)
• Assistance with the expansion of our cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Defender)
• Support with IT security issues (e.g., conditional access, endpoint security, MDR)
• Administration of identity and access management (AD, Entra, security groups)
• Shared responsibility in the service desk and direct communication with users
• Collaboration on projects: backup strategy, intranet setup with SharePoint, data consolidation, cyber defense, etc.
• Documentation of systems and processes, as well as sharing of expertise within the team 

Requirements

• Completed computer science training (EFZ or comparable qualification)
• Initial practical experience as a system engineer, cloud engineer, or in the M365 environment
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft world (Azure, M365, Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Defender, PowerShell)
• Advantageous: Basic knowledge of VMware, on-premise servers, or networks
• Self-organized, solution-oriented approach to work—you get things done instead of asking questions for a long time
• Enjoy teamwork and sharing knowledge with colleagues
• Very good German skills; English for technical documentation and systems
