Are you an experienced HR Business Partner/Divisional HR Manager and ready for the next big step? Your start with us

  • You will take responsibility for central HR processes along the employee life cycle and work as a specialist in the recruitment of our specialists
  • You are a sparring partner for our managers in all HR matters
  • You will be responsible for the operations of a business unit
  • You will be actively involved in transformation and digitization projects and gradually take on strategic HR projects 
  • You will develop and implement a modern, future-oriented HR strategy
  • You will lead and develop our group-wide HR team

  • You advise your internal customers on all HR matters

Your tasks as the future Head of HR

Requirements

  • You have several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR role in an industrial-commercial environment
  • Your strong communication skills, empathy and intuition for people set you apart.
  • You are very familiar with the various HR processes from onboarding to offboarding and are well-versed in employment law
  • You have leadership experience/potential or have already managed larger strategic HR projects
  • You like strategic thinking, initiative and a willingness to take on responsibility
  • We require very good written and spoken German and English skills 
  • You feel at home in the digital working world and bring a clear hands-on mentality with you
