Salt dissolving mixing system for the automatic production of a concentrated salt solution (NaCl). The system has the following functions:

• The brine generator is filled with de-icing salt directly from the silo via a discharge screw.
• Automatic control of the dissolving and mixing process.
• Digital measurement of the brine concentration with automatic regulation.
• Measured value control: over- or under-concentration.
• Electronic salt control when the salt level is low.
• Automatic frost protection for the dissolving water line.
• Automatic control of the control valves.
• Limit switch with automatic shutdown of the feed pump when the spreader is full.
• Automatic brine circulation after a 7-day process break.
