From our base in Grafschaft, our team carries out timber construction projects of all types and sizes—including as a general contractor. Our team of about 20 people is responsible for sales, development, planning, and project management throughout Germany.

Tasks
- Responsibility for planning, ensuring, and managing the timely awarding of subcontractor services
- Preparing requests for proposals, evaluating and comparing submitted bids to prepare them for decision-making, and conducting price, quantity, and contract negotiations
- Establishing and maintaining sustainable partnerships to develop subcontractor networks in various regions
- Creating a standard scope of work for future procurements and continuously monitoring market developments to ensure competitiveness
- Working closely with the cost estimation and project management teams using the ERP system
Requirements
- Basic commercial or trade training, ideally in building construction, with further training to become a master craftsman, technician, or engineer
- Experience with the processes involved in the bidding process
- An independent, structured, and meticulous approach to work, as well as confidence in handling bids, price comparisons, and analytical thinking
- Good IT skills (merchandise management system, Microsoft Office)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with partner companies
