At our Großenlüder site, elements and modules for innovative timber construction projects throughout Germany are manufactured. Around 20 employees in our workshop use their craftsmanship to produce these elements and modules. Our assembly team then erects them into timber buildings based on individual architectural designs: schools, office buildings, residential and commercial buildings.

At the beginning of 2027, the new production site in Steinau an der Straße will open. It will replace the current plant in Großenlüder and become the new workplace for the Großenlüder team.
Tasks
- Responsible for obtaining, reviewing and comparing quotations for timber construction materials and planed timber products
- Preparation and dispatch of enquiries as well as participation in price and contract negotiations
- Technical review and evaluation of quotations in coordination with the relevant departments
- Ordering of materials and ensuring timely and demand-driven procurement
- Coordination with suppliers in case of quality deviations, delivery delays or replacement deliveries
- Close collaboration with estimating, sales, production, installation, warehouse and project management teams, as well as maintenance of the ERP system
Requirements
- Completed technical or trade qualification in timber construction, ideally complemented by commercial training
- Confident handling of quotations and price comparisons as well as strong numerical and analytical skills
- Independent, structured and precise working style
- Good IT skills (ERP systems, Microsoft Office)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills when working with suppliers
- Ideally initial professional experience in purchasing timber and building materials as well as good German language skills
