Tasks

  • You are the go-to contact person for employees and managers on a wide range of HR topics
  • You identify and attract the right talent for our teams and actively shape the recruitment process
  • You confidently balance recruiting, HR consulting, administration and employment law while keeping track of multiple topics at the same time
  • Learning & Development (Academy) and Apprenticeship Programs are your key focus areas, which you drive forward with energy, pragmatism and fresh ideas
  • You challenge existing practices, optimise processes and help shape the future of our HR department
  • As part of our HR team, you contribute to creating a work environment where people can grow, contribute and achieve great things together

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational or professional training in Human Resources and bring several years of experience, ideally in an industrial, technical or manufacturing environment
  • You are passionate about developing employees and young talent and enjoy the variety of a generalist HR role
  • You have a strong understanding of people, communicate on equal terms and build trust easily
  • You approach challenges in a structured and solution-oriented way, contribute ideas and enjoy making a difference
  • You appreciate a down-to-earth environment where people take initiative, assume responsibility and celebrate success together
