Tasks
- Lead and further develop a team of seven IT professionals
- Take overall responsibility for the hybrid IT infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Azure, on-premises)
- Manage IT, ERP, and digital transformation projects
- Further develop IT security, governance, and compliance
- Co-create the company's IT and AI strategy in close collaboration with executive management
- Provide hands-on support for complex technical challenges
Requirements
- Degree or vocational qualification in Information Technology with further education (HF/FH level or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in complex IT environments within a mid-sized company, including team leadership experience
- Strong project management skills and solid expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, network infrastructure, server environments, and IT security
- Experience with ERP systems, system integrations, and cloud transformation projects
- Proven understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within an industrial company operating across multiple countries
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Pragmatic approach combined with a hands-on mindset
- Leader and player-coach at the same time
- Entrepreneurial thinker with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication skills, from production employees to executive management
- Solution-oriented, resilient, and open to new technologies
