Our new branch office of the Grafschaft site is currently being established in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. From here, a small team supports timber construction projects throughout Germany with a wide range of services – from sales and planning through to complete site management and construction supervision.

Tasks
- Responsibility for the delivery of our diverse timber construction projects – from planning through to handover to the client
- Managing projects with regard to schedule, cost and quality across all project phases
- Leading and coordinating the project team and acting as the central point of contact for clients, authorities and specialist planners
- Ensuring smooth project execution through structured planning, clear communication and proactive project management
- Close collaboration with sales, estimating, production, installation and site management teams as well as coordination with all project stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle
Requirements
- Completed technical or trade qualification in timber construction, for example as a carpenter, construction technician, drafter or timber construction engineer
- Strong knowledge in execution, shop and installation planning as well as contract management and schedule and cost control
- Independent, structured and precise working style combined with a forward-looking mindset and the ability to confidently represent decisions
- Good IT skills in the use of Cadwork or comparable CAD software, scheduling tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills, communication and negotiation abilities when working with project stakeholders as well as enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
- Several years of professional experience in project management or design of timber construction projects as well as excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
