The team in Grevenmacher carries out client projects using traditional timber construction and modular timber construction methods—and, depending on the project, also serves as a general contractor. Our specialists are responsible for sales, planning, and project management throughout Luxembourg.

Tasks
- Responsibility for the execution of our diverse turnkey timber construction projects—from planning through to handover to the client
- Overall responsibility for schedules, costs, and quality within projects
- Leadership and coordination of the project team, as well as serving as the primary point of contact for clients, government agencies, and specialist designers
- Ensuring smooth project execution through clear communication, structured collaboration, and proactive project management
- Planning, soliciting bids, and awarding subcontractor services as the foundation for successful project implementation
- Close collaboration with the cost estimation, sales, and construction management teams, as well as coordination with all project stakeholders
Requirements
- Building Construction Technician; a degree in engineering or architecture with a focus on building construction, ideally supplemented by technical or trade training
- Knowledge of permitting and construction planning, procurement, contract management, and schedule and cost control
- An independent, structured, and meticulous approach to work with foresight, as well as the ability to competently defend decisions
- IT skills in using tendering and scheduling programs, construction project management software, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills when dealing with project stakeholders, and a passion for cross-functional collaboration
- Several years of professional experience in managing turnkey construction projects, as well as very good written and spoken German; knowledge of Luxembourgish and French is a plus
