Tasks
- Operation, administration, and monitoring of the IT infrastructure (cloud and hybrid environments)
- Contributing to the expansion of our cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Defender)
- Supporting IT security initiatives (e.g., Conditional Access, Endpoint Security, MDR)
- Management of Identity & Access Management
- Participation in the Service Desk (rotating schedule)
- Active involvement in the design and implementation of projects
- Documentation of systems and processes, as well as sharing of expertise within the team
Requirements
- Completed IT training (EFZ or equivalent qualification)
- Several years of professional experience as a System Engineer / System Administrator / Cloud Engineer or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure, M365, Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Defender)
- Preferred: Experience with MS Graph, Power Automate, and scripting
- Project experience is a plus
- Independent, structured approach to work: you identify areas for action, prioritize tasks, implement solutions, and communicate proactively
- Enjoy working in a team and sharing knowledge with colleagues
- Excellent German and English language skills
