Our team of around 20 people is responsible for sales, development, planning, and project management throughout Germany.

Tasks
- Responsibility for the technical and organisational leadership as well as the further development of the procurement team
- Management of the entire procurement process – from tendering and bid evaluation to price and contract negotiations
- Procurement of subcontractor services and timber construction products while considering both commercial and technical requirements
- Ensuring timely and demand-driven procurement of subcontractor services and timber products
- Building and further developing sustainable supplier and partner networks
- Close collaboration with estimating, sales, production, installation, warehouse and project management teams as well as maintenance of the ERP system
Requirements
- Completed technical or trade qualification in building construction, ideally complemented by commercial training
- Confident handling of quotations, tenders and price comparisons as well as strong numerical understanding and analytical thinking
- Independent, structured and precise working style
- Good IT skills (ERP systems, Microsoft Office)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills when working with subcontractors and suppliers, as well as enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
- Several years of professional experience in procurement, preferably in timber construction or building construction, particularly in the sourcing of subcontractor services, as well as excellent German language skills
