From our base in Grafschaft, our team carries out timber construction projects of all types and sizes—including as a general contractor. Our team of about 20 people is responsible for sales, development, planning, and project management throughout Germany.

Tasks
- Responsibility for the technical, organizational, and disciplinary leadership, as well as the professional development of the timber construction planning team, including the coordination, management, and oversight of external partners
- Serving as a project manager in the execution of our diverse timber construction projects—from planning through handover to the client
- Monitoring costs, deadlines, and, in particular, the quality of your team’s ongoing projects
- Involvement from project development through to monitoring project completion and performing post-project cost analyses
- Close collaboration and excellent information flow regarding cost estimation, project development, and all project stakeholders in production and installation
Requirements
- Completed basic training in the construction industry, ideally as a carpenter or technical draftsman; ideally, you have pursued further education to become a technician, master craftsman, or civil engineer
- In-depth knowledge of construction, shop, and installation planning, as well as contract management and schedule and cost control
- Excellent IT skills in using Cadwork or comparable CAD software, scheduling programs, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and negotiation skills when interacting with project stakeholders
- Several years of experience in project management or design of timber construction projects, and ideally experience as a team leader
