Tasks
- Providing technical and managerial leadership to a team of project managers
- Ensuring planning processes meet standards in terms of quality, deadlines, efficiency and costs
- Acting as a valuable point of contact for team members on technical and personal matters
- Collaborating with Engineering, Production, Assembly and other departments
- Continuously improving our planning processes (Lean / CIP)
Requirements
- Basic technical or vocational training in timber construction (e.g. carpenter, draughtsman specialising in architecture/timber construction)
- Further training as a timber construction technician (HF), timber construction engineer (FH) or equivalent
- Professional experience in timber construction planning or project management
- Management experience or a willingness to develop this further
- Team-oriented, respectful communication and an entrepreneurial mindset
