Tasks
- You will continuously expand your network in the architecture, design, and engineering sectors and cultivate long-term client relationships from the initial contact through to the signing of the contract
- You will advise clients on the development of sophisticated timber structures, free-form structures, prototypes, timber interior solutions, and special projects both domestically and internationally
- Together with clients, architects, engineers, geometry specialists, and other project partners, you will develop projects from the initial concept through to successful implementation
- You will prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and proposals for sophisticated free-form and international projects
- You will develop technical and economic solutions and coordinate them with clients and planning partners
- You will organize and lead company presentations, workshops, and development meetings with architects, engineers, and specialist planners
- You will provide technical support during construction in collaboration with the timber construction planner
- You will help bring extraordinary timber construction projects and architectural landmarks to life around the world
Requirements
- Your professional background is in timber construction. After completing your apprenticeship as a carpenter (EFZ), you went on to earn a degree as a timber construction technician (HF), timber construction engineer, or equivalent, and have already gained valuable hands-on experience
- As an experienced salesperson (preferably in the timber industry), you navigate confidently between technical details, customer needs, and cost-effective solutions
- You enjoy building networks and fostering long-term customer relationships
- With your communicative and engaging manner, you win over customers and project partners alike. As an empathetic, loyal, and proactive individual, you build lasting relationships
- You are fluent in both German and English
- You think entrepreneurially, act independently, and drive projects forward
- Challenges such as sophisticated specialty timber structures, innovative free-form geometries, and architectural highlights spark your enthusiasm
- You have a keen sense of architecture, design, and sophisticated aesthetics, and you’re passionate about extraordinary timber construction projects
- You value and seek a flexible work style (including regular international travel) as an exciting addition to your daily work routine, and you’re also willing to travel on short notice
