Tasks
- You will plan and design a wide variety of GU sales projects
- You will develop and prepare building permit applications for modular or industrial buildings, as well as for single-family homes, multi-family homes, and renovation projects
- You will prepare tender and construction drawings for these diverse projects
- You will perform your daily tasks using ArchiCAD and Windows programs
- You will support our integrated planning efforts and implement these processes
Requirements
- You have completed basic training as a draftsman/draftswoman (EFZ) specializing in architecture or as a building draftsman/draftswoman
- Knowledge of 3D CAD systems is required
- A constructive mindset, flexibility, and a willingness to add value motivate you just as much as actively collaborating within a team
