Two-storey temporary office building for the University of Lausanne.

L’Éphémère timber office building

From 2021 to June 2027, the University of Lausanne and EPFL Lausanne required additional workspaces for their staff. The solution is a temporary office from Blumer Lehmann, built using modular timber construction, offering modern working conditions and a pleasant indoor environment. After six years of loyal service, the modules are ready for a new lease of life, tailored to your wishes and needs from July 2027.

With their 25 m2 floor area, the 10 shared offices provide plenty of workspace.

Staff have access to a wide range of different spaces over two floors and covering just under 1,200 m2 of floor area, including individual and shared offices, open-plan offices, meeting spaces and kitchens.

There are two kitchens for staff working in the temporary office building.
