At our Großenlüder site, elements and modules for innovative timber construction projects throughout Germany are manufactured. Around 20 employees in our workshop use their craftsmanship to produce these elements and modules. Our assembly team then erects them into timber buildings based on individual architectural designs: schools, office buildings, residential and commercial buildings.

At the beginning of 2027, the new production site in Steinau an der Straße will open. It will replace the current plant in Großenlüder and become the new workplace for the Großenlüder team.
Tasks
• Carrying out timber construction work in element and modular construction for modern timber building projects
• Manufacturing timber construction components on modern production lines in our well-equipped production facility
• Construction, assembly, and interior finishing of our prefabricated modules throughout all production stages – from timber elements to fully completed room modules
• Supporting adjacent teams, for example in cutting and production processes, through our integrated end-to-end manufacturing approach
• Ensuring technically sound execution and high-quality craftsmanship standards
Requirements
• Initial experience in craftsmanship, construction, timber construction, drywall work, or manufacturing is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and careful way of working, combined with a quick understanding, curiosity, and openness to innovation
• Reliability, team spirit, enjoyment of collaborative work, and sufficient German language skills
