At our Großenlüder site, elements and modules for innovative timber construction projects throughout Germany are manufactured. Around 20 employees in our workshop use their craftsmanship to produce these elements and modules. Our assembly team then erects them into timber buildings based on individual architectural designs: schools, office buildings, residential and commercial buildings.

At the beginning of 2027, the new production site in Steinau an der Straße will open. It will replace the current plant in Großenlüder and become the new workplace for the Großenlüder team.
Your tasks
• Responsibility for your team and work area in the assembly of modern timber construction projects
• Coordination and supervision of the installation team on the construction site
• Erection of large-scale timber and modular structures as part of structural assembly
• Installation of façade elements and interior finishing work up to project completion
• Ensuring quality, precise workmanship and adherence to project schedules
• Close collaboration with assembly management, work preparation and workshop teams
Your skills and experience
• Completed vocational training as a carpenter or a comparable qualification in timber construction with initial professional experience, as well as practical experience in timber construction, ideally in timber frame or prefabricated timber construction
• Spatial awareness, technical understanding and strong craftsmanship
• Independent, structured and careful working style with a quick understanding of tasks and a high level of initiative
• Ability to work at heights as well as flexibility and willingness to travel for installation assignments
• Team spirit and enjoyment of collaboration as well as good German language skills
