At our Großenlüder site, elements and modules for innovative timber construction projects throughout Germany are manufactured. Around 20 employees in our workshop use their craftsmanship to produce these elements and modules. Our assembly team then erects them into timber buildings based on individual architectural designs: schools, office buildings, residential and commercial buildings.

At the beginning of 2027, the new production site in Steinau an der Straße will open. It will replace the current plant in Großenlüder and become the new workplace for the Großenlüder team.
Tasks
• Execution of carpentry work in element and modular construction for modern timber building projects
• Production of wall, ceiling and floor elements in timber construction in our modern production facility
• Construction and assembly of our prefabricated modules throughout all production stages – from timber element to finished room module
• Support of other teams, for example in assembly, as part of our integrated production process
• Ensuring precise technical execution and high carpentry quality
• Close collaboration with workshop management, work preparation and assembly teams
Requirements
• Completed vocational training as a carpenter or a comparable qualification in timber construction
• Spatial awareness, technical understanding and strong craftsmanship
• Independent, structured and careful working style with a quick understanding of tasks, curiosity and innovative thinking
• Reliability, team spirit and enjoyment of collaboration as well as good German language skills
