The modern factory in Steinau an der Straße, Hesse, will produce timber elements and modules from spring 2026. The new site is initially designed to produce 400 room modules per year, but capacity can subsequently be increased. The modules are used in projects for schools as well as residential, office and commercial buildings throughout Germany.
